it was detected and multiple options were suggested - including repair/clear, although according to VDB, these are not possible
So, 2 questions - is that behaviour normal, ie suggesting actions which are not "good" for that virus, and 2nd - how that thing entered my PC? probably in the interval between that virus was entered in avast! VDB ?
The strange thing is that although i have internet connection I'm behind firewall (XPSP2 :) ), and NAT, no windows LAN

What file is detected as infected and what is its locatation?
Also check the file on Jotti (http://virusscan.jotti.dhs.org)

2-3 files , all in system32 folder, the one i noticed (infection was detetcted by rezident scanner by my sister, when I was at work , when I returned there was 1 more "detection") wasn't valid win32 file and had suspicious name (winhlpp32.exe)

Eddy,
For some reason Jotti is not available, I have been getting connection refused to Jotti when using firefox and a redirect page when using Avant Browser.
We can't find "http://www.virusscan.jotti.dhs.org/"
- Cannot Find Server - The web site you typed in could not be found on the internet.

When you try Jotti and it is down, see the links on the page in my signature and use at least 2 online av scanners.
