How to resolve boot error: "The acpi.sys is corrupted. Press any key to continue."

No errors in past updating and creating ISO.

Last known good bootable BART CD created was 12/24/2009.

How did this error creep in, and how to resolve non-bootable ISO.

Help resolving this is appreciated.
