Title: Eusing 'ipscan.exe' autosandboxed' today for the first time.

The good news is that it works (but s l o w l y) when sandboxed.

The curious thing is that only 2 of 4 PCs are flagging it.
All AIS 6.0.1203, 110720-0 now 110721-0.
