Title: Vista Sidebar slow startup

The sidebar won't load at all or work correctly unless Avast is updated at system startup. Only if updating is completed, the sidebar loads/runs without problem. This symptom is more evident than ever with the latest two Avast versions.

("Load Avast services only after.." option is checked in troubleshooting section.)

It seems I forgot to check the "my computer is permanently connected to the internet" option after a clean install of Avast. It is a little bit better now.
