Title: How to get rid of "avast! Licensing alert"?

I am using avast 4.8 and it suits me.
But I got tired of permanently popping up "avast! Licensing alert"
soliciting money for a new avast release.
   I found out that asw6Noti.exe and asw6Ldr.dll are responsible for it.
Ok. I switched avast protection off and renamed those files.
Rebooted, and for a little while I noticed that files asw6Noti.exe and asw6Ldr.dll
have been downloaded again!!! And I was shown the same annoying popup alert!!!
Please, advise how to get rid of this annoying alert completely.
NB: I upgrade the virus base manually.

You can't get rid of it.

Is also includes a mind-control trick that will display it in your dreams also.

You will never escape the pop-up.

Please, upload (attach) the avast log:
C:\ProgramData\AVAST Software\Avast\log\Setup.log
or C:\Program Files\Alwil Software\Avast5\Setup\setup.log

If the file is too big for the forum, post the last 400-500 lines of it.
