Someone jumped the gun.  Firefox 6 official release date is August 16.  See https://wiki.mozilla.org/Releases (https://wiki.mozilla.org/Releases).

Just use Addon Compatibility Reporter to force working Avast WebRep (and other non native firefox extension)
