Title: Need Help

I have a problem with avast product. I downloaded the free home use version and for sometime now it changes. I un-installed but says some files missing. Each time i logged in, it shows on the icon bar that avast updated while have un-installed already. I need your help to un-installed completely without remaining any file so that I can reinstall again.

Note that the tool should be run in safe mode, tap f8 while booting your system to get to safe mode then navigate to where you downloaded the removal tool and run, reboot back into normal mode when finished http://files.avast.com/files/eng/aswclear.exe
