Title: Scan outgoing mail in Thunderbird

Hello,

I'm using Avast 4.1 Home Edition. My mailclient is Mozilla Thunderbird.
My problem is that Avast is scanning my outgoing mail. I don't like that, it slowens the process.
I configured Avast not to scan my outgoing mail, but it won't listen to me.
Anyone who's recognizing this problem? And what should I do to solve this problem?

I think the best you can do is download the version 4.5 Beta because it uses a new mail detection that will work automatically. Please, set up your email account just as avast does not exists. It will detect the pop3/smpt/imap ports and scan your messages.

The beta is very very stable and we, the users, are trying to move the help to this other forum, leaving behind the 'old' 4.1 version  8)
