If I receive an infected message and i instruct Avast to delete it, I get the message that it cannot find the correct folder. I have a folder called "Infected". What should I do?

Upgrade to 4.5 beta (instructions) (http://forum.avast.com/index.php?board=11;action=display;threadid=8044;start=0) and see if the problem is solved, or wait till tomorrow and see if the the problem is solved when the update to 4.5 final has been taken place.
YES, if everything goes well. 4.5 final will be released tomorrow.

Do you still have the infected message?
How do you configure avast to automatic delete it?
Where is the folder 'Infected', into MS Outlook or into avast intallation folder (Windows Explorer)?
-
No, I don't still have the infected message. The "Infected" folder is in Outlook. :)

If you get a infected email and you have also the possibillity to use webmail, login to the webmail rmeove messages you don't trust than pick up the rest with your email client.
-
Thanks for your advice. I'm confident Avast can deal with this one.

I have a folder called "Infected".
avast should send the file to that folder, if not, it's a bug... If you can't solve this, please keep posting until we get an answer from the programmers ;)
