Title: Disable/hide "On-Access Scanner Message"?

The subject says it all really, but to elaborate: is it possible to disable or hide the yello "On-Access Scanner Message" that appears at the bottom of my desktop (just above the Task Bar)

Okay, I know it's only a cosmetic thing, really, but I'm a fussy fellow.

Just disable "Show detailed action on performed action" in the provider settings.
