Title: how can I get refund?

I purchased 25 seats last week. It doesnot work and I am not getting the support I need. I have asked for refund which it states on the website, within 30 days.

No one is replying my email, what's going on? because I asked for a refund?

No, sorry. (Assumed you didn't purchase from an US-reseller.)
But you could also ask on the forum to solve your problem. ;)

I have followed the FAQ, I can not even see the page.

Which version is installed..? The latest is 1.1.131.7

or try with another browser, I use Firefox and I add a security exception.
