It started about a week ago. It comes up randomly. Sometimes it will or wont come up. For example: it will come up if I open Internet Explorer or Mircosoft Word, or any other program on my computer, sometimes Skype as well. Then it says do a boot-scan right after it disapears or I click off of it.
It does ot on its own. I have reported it false many times, but it keeps showing up and sometimes prevets things from opening right away because of it. I have scan with diff softwares including Avast over and over and I do the boot-scan, but it keeps happening.
Does anyone know what this is or how to help? I will provide more in-depth details if needed. Also a side note: it all derives from one file that apparently can only be found in avast, because when I go to the actual folder, I cant find it or maybe I'm going to the wrong thing. Thanks in advance!

can you attach a screen shot of the avast warning..
where is the file in question located...give full path

Looks like he's infected with nasty virus.
After showing up popup image can you please download mbam and do a full scan?

ps. what shield is blocking it? only file system or sometimes web/behavioral/network?

I don't know how to do a picture of the screen. It only pops up occasionally, so it would be hard to catch and know when it will.
But the all derive from the same source: C:\\Windows\assembly\tmp\U\80000032.@
It will come from there no matter what I open when it happens. The internet, my weather desktop, Microsoft Word. But it doesnt always happens and is completely random. When I scan with avast sometimes it shows up, sometimes it doesn't and it always says "delete" sucessful when I try to get rid of it, but its still there at times and no other software picks it up, but avast.
