Title: VRDB question
Post by: Captn on August 13, 2003, 09:34:46 PM
When I have my VRDB set to "Generate VRDB when computer is idle" will it start scanning while im playing online games? Or does it wait for total inactivity of the mouse and keyboard? Thank you in advance  ;D

The VRDB Waits for inactivity of the CPU and keyboard/mouse.

So if you have something like SETI@HOME or FOLDING@HOME you might want to turn it off.

No, after the set 3 weeks for update VRDB, it updates even if Seti is running. It stops when I move the mouse.

well if you don't keep the mouse or anything still during the game I think you will be fine.
