Title: desktop "about avast!" removal

Hello - I have just installed avast! & everything is fine except I can't remove a long blue bar containing the words "About avast!" located just above the taskbar. I don't need or want it there. How can I remove/delete it & prevent it from appearing again.

Go to Advance tab of the Standard Shield provider (and Internet Mail too) and uncheck the option 'Detailed information about action...'  ;)

Do you need other configurations? See 'Settings' on my signature  ;)

I must say I'm not completely sure what blue bar you mean... a screenshot would be helpful.
