Title: what happens to me ?

hi guys! suddenly i cannot open hel p and support in windows xp pro and no more  user's profil anybody can help me?

Did you change your browser?
Did you uninstall (even some parts) Internet Explorer?

the only thing i change is avast 4.5,i don't really think it is the reason of this issue

yes,but it's in english and i'm not very good in this language .I think it's aproblem of keys in registery;

thanks for replies Eddy and Technical:i've updated tweak ui but no result;i've hp pc with xp pro installed without cd ;and i dont want to try to repair windows i'm afraid by crash

when i go in events observer,i read problem with  c:\windows\system32\perfproc.dll  it's perhaps the reason of my problem

perfproc.dll provides functions for logging and hardware counters.

Looks like it is time for a repair of Windows.
