Very strange.
I need some informations:
1)Your computer are under domain or workgroup?
2)Do you use the START INITIAL SETUP WIZARD or COMPUTER DISCOVERY job?
3)Version of console and the os of the server?
4)Have you tried to add manually the computer by DNS name?

Hello Giogio,
The hosts with Windows XP are in diferents Domains, but in the same Subnet. I've tried a ping from all host and don't have any problemes with the comunication.
I've tried search from automatic function and manual system (DNS) and the result is the same, the aplication doesn't can watch the computers.
The versión of Console is: 1.1.131.7, and the client versión is 6.0.1345. The version of OS is Winodws 2003.
Thanks for your help,

Any firewall or other security program installed on those win xp client?

Those Xp clients are update to SP3?

Have you try to install avast with the deployment package and check if the pc will connect to console?
