Title: a stupid question re 4.5?

Re liitle ball with 'a' in sys tray- mine only rotates when I enter a site, or so it appears. Am I protected? I read note about Zone Alarm firewall but that concerned Pro version and I am using the free version so if I need to do anything ti ensure protection it doesn't help.

The ball only spins if Avast is scanning. If it doesn't spin it just means there is nothing to scan.
