Title: Clients doesn't appear in the BP console

Hi,
We are reseller avast and we have a problem with the new console.
The installation goes well, the deployment of the client PC but also the positions are not green in the console or do not appear after some days. The concern being that all options are active avast when I do not want the firewall that blocks pro applications of my client. Moreover, these are post trial version as they do not see the license console.
I specify that the Windows firewall is disabled (required if the deployment does not work).
He would have someone an idea on how I could ressolve this problem?

Hi,
wich version of console have you installed, is the last one  1.1.131.7?
And the version of avast client is the 6.0.1345?
Any previously security program is uninstalled completely?

Hi,
The version of the BPC and client are the last find on the avast site last week (i don't hace remote access to the server, so i can't check that).
The old antivirus has an avast 4.8 with ADNM wich is uninstall.

The problem seems resolve. The BPC doesn't listen on avast port communication. After an BPC reinstall, the avast client receive the BPC configuration. My client testing deployement and communication, it seems work fine.

But now, a few PC reboot with a dll error from avast. My client will uninstall avast with de uninstall program wich have download on avast.com.
I reply about this when i'll news.
