Title: Still waiting for upgrade

This morning about 7am I was invited by Avast to upgrade my free version to the one year version for 3 PC's. I accepted and paid for it through my PayPal account. Almost 12 hours later, I am still waiting for my upgrade. To be fair no money has been taken from my PayPal account yet. Is this normal. I don't want to order it again incase I get charged twice for it. Any advice please.

You should have received the license file (license.avastlic) by email.
Did it get blocked in the spam folder?
