Title: lost some premium features after a system restore and subsequent avast reinstall

please help, this is really bugging me!

I've had to restore my machine to an earlier time due to a problem i'm assuming with a client update for eve online but in doing this i was continually presented with the "system unsecured in avast", i tried all i could to get the program started again but to no avail, so in the end I uninstalled it and reinstalled it.

I used a previously downloaded .exe and when it was installed used my license key which should allow me access to the extra features (anti spam, safe zone, gadget etc) but none of them are there. It doesn't say 'avast!free' anywhere but I've not got those extra features in 'additional protection'.


my licence was due to run out next September, I'm running windows 7 and everything is up to date.


what can i do to get these features back, at the moment it feels like i've paid for something only to have the service/product revoked..
