Title: Paid bill still no coverage

 >:(  With conformation number in hand proof I paid bill called AVAST to give me my protection back only to have them trying to sell me more. How can I get someone to help me get get coverage again? Someone help please.

Well... Which product did you install? The AV PRO? Is avast announcing the suite (antivirus + firewall) AIS?

What do you mean? Have you lost "coverage"? What do you mean with that word? Have you lost your license file?
