Title: file sospati nel cestino e scomparsi dopo aggiornamenti

ciao a tutti
ho installato la versione 6.0.1367 su un pc che non usavo da tempo. in precedenza avevo inserito una chiave usb, 2 file avast li aveva riconosciuti come falsi positivi e quindi li ho spostati nel cestino. ho provato ad avviare il programma ch era presnete nella chiave pero non partiva. per queto sono andato nel cestino e volevo ripristinare i file, solo che nello stesso momento l'aggiornamento di avast era completato e quindi ho riavviato il pc. una volta riavviato, nel cestino nn c'era piu niente. c'è qualche modo per ripristinarli. grazie

I installed the version 6.0.1367 on pc. previously I inserted an usb drive, and avast said me that 2 file are false-positif and so I moved to the basket. I tried to run the programm that was in the usb drive, but it didn't run. so, I went to the avast's basket and I wanted move the files, but in the same moment the new version of avast has complete the installation and i restarted the pc. after that i restarted, the basket was empty.
is there a way to appear them. thank you

Hmmm...
Were you upgrading from version 4.8 or 5 to the 6.0.1367?
Files in Chest were here: C:\ProgramData\AVAST Software\Avast\chest
But they're encrypted and they also are removed if you do a clean installation.

Si Tech ha ragione, se avevi una versione precedente installata diversa dalla 6 e hai fatto una installazione pulita, sono stati rimossi.

L'unico modo è provare a vedere se trovi la cartella e reinstallare la vecchia versione di avast che avevi (potrebbe essere anche una cartella del tipo C:\PROGRAMMI\ALWIL software\AVAST\CHEST)
quà trovi le vecchie versioni (barra a destra)
