Title: Ayuda Avast Internet de Prueba

Verán, hace como dos semanas me salia la notificación de que una versión de Prueba de Avast Internet security estaba disponible y que la podía usar y poder regresar a mi Avast! Free Antivirus siempre que yo quisiera.

Siempre lo ignoré, hasta el día de hoy que no tenía nada que hacer y pensé en darle una oportunidad. Le dí "actualizar ahora" en la notificación pero a la hora de "actualizar" me dice que ocurrió un error, dice que la licencia para ese producto está caducada o no es valida cuando nunca le puse ninguna clave.

Ahora, la verdad no recuerdo muy bien cuando registre mi versión gratuita de Avast Antivirus, pero hasta donde yo recuerdo, tenía hasta febrero del proximo año (2012) antes de que caducara mi licencia y ahora que le piqué que actualizara, en su versión Internet Security me pide que introduzca un archivo de licencia pero no sé de donde sacarlo.

Intenté ponerle uno de Avast Free (reenvié licencia) y no funciono y eso de Archivo de Licencia no se de donde sacarlo. Alguien sería tan amable de ayudarme por favor? :(
Quisiera actualizar a la versión de prueba de Internet Security o bien, regresar a mi Avast Free

I suggest an installation from scratch:

1. Download the latest version of avast! Uninstall Utility (http://www.avast.com/eng/avast-uninstall-utility.html) and save it.
2. Download the latest avast! (http://www.avast.com/eng/programs.html) version and save it.
3. Uninstall avast from Control Panel (if possible). If, for any reason, you can't run it, try booting in Safe Mode (http://www.pchell.com/support/safemode.shtml) and doing it from there. Anyway, boot after that.
4. Run the avast! Uninstall Utility saved on 1. If, for any reason, you can't run it, try booting in Safe Mode (http://www.pchell.com/support/safemode.shtml) and doing it from there. Anyway, boot after you've run it.
5. Install avast! using the setup saved on 2. Boot.
6. Register your free copy or add the license key for Pro. Or even upgrade (http://www.avast.com/resend-license-paid.php) your key from old versions. You can register it directly from avast interface > Maintenance.
7. Check and post the results. If, for any reason, you did not solve, try doing the step 3 in Safe Mode anyway.

Sigue las indicaciones de http://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility (http://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility)

Básicamente, baja el archivo aswclear.exe, reboot a Windows Safe Mode, disinstala avast, reboot a Windows Normal Mode y reinstala avast free (download desde la página oficial).
