Title: How to recover to blacklisted email

I accidentally pushed the [Blacklist] button of the "avast! Antispam" toolbar in Outlook. The email at the cursor disappeared immediately. May I know how to recover the lost email?

It would be in the "Eletronic Trash" (or Spam folder) of Outlook.

I wonder if the sender of that email is now "blacklisted" for you. If so, you would also need to take it out of the list.

Into Additional protection tab and Antispam settings there are the white/black lists.
Although they *never* worked to me, i.e., I click on Outlook and the email address never go to them :'(

Hi,
I have found some important emails from one sender in my Junk Box in Outlook.
I have added the sender to my safe senders list etc and identified them as 'Not Spam' so they have moved to my Inbox. But further emails from the same sender are still going into my Junk Box.
I may have Blacklisted this sender by accident.
How do I get the sender to appear in my Inbox?
