Title: Stop On-Access Protection menu item

When you Stop On-Access Protection from the context menu of the system tray icon, why does that menu item not change to Start On-Access Protection?

To restart it you have to go to On-Access Protection Control - because the Restart Provider option on the menu is also disabled.

this is by design. It is better to just pauze or teminate only one provider from the on-access control panel.
