hello
everytime i filled the form to download and test bart, i've received following mail :
"Dear user,
Sorry but the entered data are not valid to continue the download process.
Ensure that all text boxes are filled with correct information and no free mail address is used.
Best regards
avast! support team"
and i filled all the form with my address : eric.guyot37@free.fr

You have free in your email address. That is most likely why it isn't working. Use another email address and try again.

i think about this...free.fr is one of the most provider in France... 8)
i tried with eric.guyot@ifrance.com...same result... ::)
"free" and "ifrance" are banned...? :P

This is strange. When I filled out the form it was send as it should be, no errors/warnings or anything. I did copy paste your email from here. Are you sure you spelled it correctly?

yep...and i test this address in case i made a mistake...but this is good address.
its always very slow to recieve mail from this address that why i dont use it often...but thats works.... eric.guyot@ifrance.com
just for your information, there are a lot of people in France with FREE.FR as provider, and u can received several mails in da future from France if "free" is forbidden in your form.... ::)

It is not my form. I'm just like you just a user of Avast and not a member of the Alwil team. ;)
It sure now looks that someone from Alwil should have a look to see what is going on.

i'm having this same problem, using windows xp sp2, tried both firefox & internet explorer, tried using a friends email address. tried using an annoymous proxy (to dodge the proxy that my isp forces upon me). both of the email addresses i tried are NOT the free ones, both from our isps.
I'm in australia, with TPG Australia. so it's not just an ifrance thing i think.

Some emails from free domains are automatically ignored (ifrance is not ignored), rest of emails is analysed by one of us.

yeah, i realise the ones from free domains are blocked, but these were 2 email addresses from 2 isp's (not free isps) that just wouldn't work for me, yet for some reason when my friend gave it a try from work, it just worked, i got him to take a screenshot and all of how he filled out the form... nothing different.

same problem for me, i have an adress with free.fr (the provider) and i tried winth another adress (@club-internet.fr) and it still doesn't work....
i'm have an avst pro license.... but i cant try bart cd :(
could you (alwil guys) send me the link to download the trial version via PM (personal message) on this forum. ???

Your minutes up cvsa, you didn't really hope for an answer in 1 minute, especially on a Saturday ;D
How about trying the email address that you used when you registered (or the push update notification emails, etc.), you got sent the registration key OK didn't you.
You could always pm one of the Alwil team or inquire of sales @ avast.com, I find that sales are more pro active when asking question about a potential sale after the trial.

i did try with my registration adress... same problem, i tried to type a message to alwil team in the field under my adress : same pb the robot answer it's impossible.
i didnt try pm on alwil members because i didn't want to bother them.... but maybe if nothing else works... :-\
