Title: Support for Android 4.x
Post by: avadas.de on January 31, 2012, 02:45:35 PM
Hi,

maybe the question was asked here a few different times, but I couldn't find it with a quick search.

How about the support for Android 4.x systems?

I've installed AMS on ICS (custom ROM)running on Galaxy S2 LTE (Rogers).  Seems to work fine.

It has been answered somewhere, I can remember it. Whilst isn't on the officially supported versions it does appear to work fine.

I have a Galaxy Nexus using ICS 4.0.2 and no problems with that android version.

Hi,

the support is still experimental, but the word is it should be working more or less fine.

Perhaps that comment (perhaps worded slightly differently) should be added to the list of supported android versions. So the users knows that whilst it appears to work fine it is experimental.

It was in previous changelogs on the Android Market, but it seems certain users doesn't check them or read any other info. The ICS support should be official in some of the next releases so I don't think it's necessary if we were able to live without it for more than a month :)
