Title: Does anyone know.............

Please can anyone advise a newbie what to do in this case. I have been using Avast free AV for some months now, but this last few days it has been throwing up a warning every time I open my Internet browser, details as follows:

avast! blocked you from visiting an infected webpage -
URL:   http://uk.search.yahoo.com/
Process:   file://C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet E...
Infection:   al

What does this mean and what can I do about it?
