Try deleting all your temp files through the IE options

P.S.:
This seems to be Adware or an Adware-downloader:
INFO (http://www.virusbtn.com/perlbin/vgrep/vgrep.cgi?terms=trojano-214&product=0)

so if Cleaning out your IE-Cache (Temp.Int.files) & downloaded programm files
in IE doesn't help, and you can't manage deleting the file manually
-> run Ad-Aware & SPYBOT

-> See Eddy's page above, or "VirusRemoval" below in my sig

- a Hijackthis-Log is needed

and SECURE YOUR BROWSER BETTER !!!
