win7 64bit, avast ais ver 7.0.1407

Using connect to account, the password special characters accepted by the application don't match those accepted by my.avast.com.
So, you can have an account online that the passwords will never ever match.

On my.avast.com account, creating account never sends validation email.  All junk controls turned off.  That is to email ending @cox.net.
To an email ending @gmail.com and my gmail address works fine.

Can't change password on account at my.avast.com.  All it says is first and last names saved but password does not get changed.

Thanks for any help and a very nice program.

You're right. It seems to be broken. We'll fix it as soon as possible.
