in addition:
does the frs only works for downloaded files from the net or does it scan and compare also local files?
So far my understanding of the feature is that if I have e.g. private documents the frs scans it and send a hash tag or what ever to the server.
Is this correct, or does it works different?

I am not really sure it would take some one with a but more expertise with Avast file reputation, but I would think no private or personal documents are sent to Avast, just hash number to check them?

Thanks for the answers! So it tracks only executable files which are downloaded from the net! Perfect  :) :)
