What does the following mean:

The server responded with an error. Account: 'Myserver', Server: 'my.com', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR concurrent connections limit in avast exceeded', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC90

Seems that you're trying to use the Mail scanner in more than the allowed limit. I mean, so many processes are using the Mail scanner.
You can follow an example here: http://forum.avast.com/index.php?board=11;action=display;threadid=8786;start=msg77070#msg77070

Are you using the last avast version? Which one?
