to insert clean note insert should i let avast check out outbound mail files????

Hi, I can't seem to find the way to add a "clean" note to my outgoing mail. WinXP SP2 Pentium 4 - 3 gigaherz. Obviously I am looking in the wrong place!

on-access control panel > mail provider (Outlook/Exchange or Internet mail, depending on the email client used) > customize

As is also told in the help.
start > programs > Avast > help (use "insert" as keyword)

Same trick in the POP tag if you want in in your inbound emails (in my opinion this is not necessary as you will get scared witless when the alarm goes off when its not clean).
