Title: Unable to create ticket

I am unable to create ticket.  I created an account.  I get a message saying the account is created.  I log in and click on create a ticket.  I get a message that I have to create an account before I can log a ticket.  I have XP SP3 and this happens in both IE 8 and Firefox 5.01

Whilst I have no idea why you are unable to create a ticket, it would probably be much quicker just to post the problem here in the forums.

I can understand your having IE8 as that is the highest you can get in XP, but firefox 5.01 is well out of date, now on firefox 11.0.
