I sold a smartphone and i not have disabled Avast Mobile.
Now, Avast blocked access to the Settings menu, and the person who bought my smartphone live far away, I can solve it by internet? Or I have to go to the buyer and unlock it by inserting my chip?
Detail: I formatted the smartphone, reseted settings and gave it as if it were new. But Avast was hidden and is causing these restrictions.
I can disable the antitheft by internet? How I can sending a command from my chip to disable the antitheft?
Thanks !

Hello,
the easiest way is to tell the customer to follow these steps:
- unlock the phone with the avast! Password (=your 4-6 digits pin code)
- install avast! Mobile Security (he may have to type the same password again)
- enter the settings
- select the Anti-Theft Uninstall Wizard and go through it.

He can use the same password I used?
I reseted the device (it's an Xperia ARC), and handed it to him again, he can re-download Avast Mobile and enter my password?
He can access even though with restrictions?
If so, then I am saved!
From of my house, to him house, are more than 3 hours away ...

He can use the same password I used?
Yes, as the PW is still the same, if you didn't change it. ;)
