I recently install avast internet security 7 .. but whenever I activate its web shield it blocks internet access . I can't browse any thing.. I am very tied by solving this issue but still failed from last 5 days.. Please Help me how to solve it so that web shield activation does not block internet access.. Please help me if some one really experienced facing the same problem
I don't know why avast is solving this issue .. I am very much dissatisfied after facing such a stupid issue. >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(

Sorry, but this stupid issue has been happening with isolated cases ever since I started using Avast! (ver. 5, 2 years), a forum search would show you it is hardly isolated to ver. 7. It most often happens after an upgrade.
Anyway, best thing I could tell you is to clean re-install.

Download a new AIS setup>>http://files.avast.com/iavs5x/avast_internet_security_setup.exe
The grab this uninstall tool, and run it according to instructions>>http://www.avast.com/en-us/uninstall-utility
After that, go ahead and run the setup you downloaded, insert your license file, and that should do it.

I already have been done this.. I have fresh window and fresh setup from avast site.. still facing issue.. :( :( :(

I have no firewall software installed just windows firewall//? is it causing problem

What antivirus were you using before that and crucially how did you remove it or install avast Internet Security ?
