I am also getting many, many of this Error 12 on my first scan. In fact, after the first 10 or 12 errors it's almost all I get in the log. I am also getting the Error 42057, file too large to scan, for any ebook in html format, even one less than a meg in size uncompressed, and the occasional 42125 for ebooks with embedded gifs.

Same here.  I aborted the scan since it seemed to have gone belly-up.

I aborted mine while it was reading an ISO of an Windows Installation disc.  After 40,000 errors I thought it might be pointless.

On the full system scan of version 365454, I am getting the warning "Error 12 Cannot allocate memory" after about 500,000 files. Should I go back to 36227? Suggestions?
