Title: Firewall blocking Firefox and Eudora OSE on resboot

Everything normally works wrt internet connections. However, when I re-boot Windows I am blocked from re-connecting with Firefox or Eudora OSE.

My fix is to switch off the Home Firewall setting temporarily, connect to those two services, then switch the Firewall back on. It all works fine again until the next time I need to re-boot.

Any suggestions to avoid this annoying problem?
