Title: Virus Database graphical errors
Post by: hbkh on December 19, 2004, 04:26:15 AM
When I playing around with avast 4.5.549 earlier I noticed a few graphical errors on the virus database screen when using the simple user interface. The first is after completing a search for a virus, part of the border around the search options disappears and the other is quite simply that this screen is missing an icon , unlike the other screens (might not be an error though). I was just wondering if anyone else's did this also?

Thanks!

Strange. It looks normal on my machine (MacLoverOS X skin). It's also ok in skinless mode. That icon in the top left is normal. They could add a "a" ball logo instead of that, but the havent. If you use any skin, that icon will be replaced by skinned one.

Have you tried changing the to Royale Theme (official from MS):

Is anomally still present with this theme?

It looks good in all the skins I tested. It is very likely your display settings in Windows.
