hmmm....stop using Hitman....or turn off cookie scan if possible

tracking cookies are not malware/dangerous

Are cookies really spyware and are they dangerous?

Ccleaner is an excellent program for cleaning up the crap left behind when browsing the net or using programs that leave garbage behind.
The registry cleaner portion if if good should only be used by experts since changing items in the registry could leave you with an un-bootable system.
I personally don't use any reg. cleaner. If it ain't broke, don't try to fix it.

Try adding "DoNotTrackPlus" to Chrome.  I think it works with Chrome.  Better yet switch to Firefox and use Ghostery,  DoNotTrackPus,  and "Cookie White List With Buttons" add-ons.

It does but it places cookies in order to block sites, Ghostry does, but ghostry does not place cookies, but not as effective :P
