Title: Devices not showing on my account even though connected to Avast

If I open my avast account my devices are not showing? I use avasdt for my mobile phone and purchased the Internet Security a few months ago. I have since bought a new computer and installed avast. It is showing as "connected" when I open up my account settings, yet when I go to my avast account it shows :no devices". how do I correct this? Thanks

I'm interested on this to.
I have one remote device connected to my account. When I remote open the avast! interface it is shown there as connected to my account. When I login into my account, the device is not shown :'(

I am waiting for a solution by avast! Support Team already since months.
So far there is no substantial progress on this matter.
