Does Avast! 7 do anything in terms of meddle with Windows Media Player services, and streaming? Play-to doesn't work and I'm just wondering if it has anything to do with Avast! or not

With avast! Free, no.
With avast! IS, possibly. But I never really had similar problem with avast! firewall. Do you have any third-party firewall installed?

No Third Party Firewalls. I'm starting to think it's my router, UPnP hasn't been working right with any of my devices. I have Avast! Free but yeah, just wanted to make sure that it wasn't causing trouble. Thanks :)
