Hi there,
I was wondering if you could help me. I have the following viruses on my machine which I have had for some time and am unable to clear them. They are:
- JS pdfka – gen EXP
- Win 32 malab – U cryp
- JS pdfka – gen EXP 1or I
The questions I have are:
1. What are these viruses
2. How serious a threat are they
3. can they be removed from my computer and if so, how
Please could someone help me on this as I just don’t know how to get rid of them. I have done a back up and system restore, although this has not helped at all.
What do you suggest?
Many thanks

what type of scan?
have you changed any of the default scan settings?

can you attach a screenshot of the scan result?
