Hi Dear /Sir ,
i for near old 3-4 days have problems for open avast.com website and very try but can not open website and only show "The connection has timed out
The server at www.avast.com is taking too long to respond."
Also i ask from my friends , they have problem same me and can not open avast.com website .
why We can not open avast website ?

Also from today i have problem on ping avast.com website . but i with VPN USA can open and ping www.avast.com website .

Hi Amir.
There was a member from Iran who could not connect to Avast! yesterday. They were having trouble even to update Avast!. Who knows maybe a glitch in the servers for that region of the world. I definitely not having any troubles here.

Well that is with AVG, but will Avast! follow through with region IP ban ?. We have not heard such a thing yet.

We received couple of complaints on AVG no longer available in some regions. We regret to inform you that Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria and Sudan are classified as restricted countries currently (to assure compliance with regulations applicable to AVG). Unfortunately innocente people have to bare the craziness of their goverments. Oh !.. How I wish to get into a boxing ring the presidents or prime ministers or dictators so they could beat the hell out of each other without the need to get others involve in their selfish ways.

Their governments didn't prohibit them to use antimalware software. It was done by the foreign government.
