Title: How to remove AVAST?

Good day!
Your computer has antivirus software Avast! Pro Antivirus 7.0.1426.0
After a "Start-Settings-Control Panel-Add or Remove Programs" program is not deleted. How can I remove this application?
System - Windows XP Professional SP3
