Title: Avast! does not scan yahoo messanges trafic?

Hi!
In the real shield section the IM Shield does not scan the data transfer in the yahoo messenger.(& not scan character).
my yahoo messanger version is:11.5.192

No antivirus product can scan a web based email client. Yahoo/Gmail/Live etc. are not running on your system, they are on ther providers servers.

IM Shield will scan files you download through Yahoo Messenger. Also Yahoo messenger must have some setting to choose which program you would like to scan files you with. Look for that setting and add ashQuick.exe path. I do not use Yahoo, but I have that setting in Windows messenger.
