Today installed windows 8 Release Preview build 8400 and then installed Avast Pro 7.0.1426. Been installing programs and checking things out. Opened up aswAr report and found this
avast! Antirootkit, version 1.0

Is this just a windows 8 problem and something I should just ignore for now or is there something I should do? I guess the error means it is not being ran? Thanks sly

I guess no reply could mean I was to early putting on windows 8 Release Preview? I would have thought someone would have seen this in Windows 7 or earlier editions. I still need to know if I should worry about this. slybo

Maybe people are not seeing I am talking about the line
File initialize error A0000101
that is in the report. You could overlook it if you just took a quick look at the report. slybo
