Can anyone help? We have developed a new application that we need Avast to whitelist so that it causes no problems for users when we go live. Does anyone know the process? Or how I can go about contacting Avast to get this done?

No I did a search on google and found this forum, I have received an email from my support ticket so will go with the suggestion they have made of sending the application to support@avast.com...

I sent the application through as requested and have heard nothing back, is there anyway I can expedite? Or get information regarding the standard process, as I imagine we would need to go through this process everytime we push out a new version of the binary?
