Hi,
It seems that from some time of this year Avast started to block PowerShell on my pc.
Major  Minor  Build  Revision

5      1      22000  2538

If I disable Avast, PS is executed quite fine. If Avast is enabled, execution of the any command does not show any error, I just get empty prompt.
Example screen shot attached.

I also have tried to add it in exception list, and to allowed apps list but it's not working either (the same result).

I encountered an issue where a folder I attempted to share on my network wasn't visible. Initially, I activated the Windows Sharing rule in the firewall settings, but that didn't solve the problem. Turning off the firewall entirely also didn't help. However, upon uninstalling Avast, I managed to map the shared folder using its IP address, since Windows couldn't recognize the computer name. At that point, the folder and all its files were accessible on the network as expected. After reinstalling Avast, the shared folder became invisible again. Can anyone shed light on this situation?

I initiated a full system scan (acknowledging that it might not be as crucial as before) and returned five hours later to find it still ongoing. Opting to halt it and plan for a rerun later, I encountered an issue where, despite receiving a "scan stopped" notification, indications suggested the scan was persisting: the taskbar showed an active progress bar, and the interface continued to report an ongoing scan. However, attempting to view details only reiterated the scan had ceased, a status echoed in the scan history as an incomplete session. Despite this, the system's CPU usage implied the scan was still active. Is it unusual for a stopped scan to seemingly continue running? Would restarting my computer be a sensible next step?

Процветание? Бесконечные конфликты и кровопролитие на постсоветском пространстве, воровство и коррупцию. Вот это и есть времена смуты. В 1917-м к власти пришли идейные люди и удержали страну, но опять же через гражданскую войну, разруху, голод, зачистку неугодных и прочее. Сейчас идея одна урвать побольше и за бугор. Короче замусорили уже тему, давайте уже сменим пластинку на софтовую, а то так тем не напасешься 

Не знаю кому вы отвечаете,цитаты не из моих сообщений, я такого не писал, но в одном вы правы, пора сменить пластинку и вернуться к теме Аваст и софт. замусорили тему это верно вы написали.

Hello, today I updated Avast Free for Windows 10. Windows froze after the update, as Avast was crashing and there was this green loading wheel. I did a repair on Avast, and Avast is still slow in loading. It was not slow like this prior to the latest update.
Avast takes a while to load from the context menu.

I did see in the event log that Application: TESvc.exe
Framework Version: v4.0.30319
Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception.
Exception Info: exception code c0000005, exception address 02A61236

it says it is related to .NET Runtime. Is there some compatibility issues of the latest update with Windows 10?
