Running an Avast full scan now and it's detected two infected file thus far.  However, it did not begin with 1 infected file right at the beginning of the scan as it was before.

It has now found 3 infected files.  I'll let you know what the files are as soon as the scan is completed.

I've attached the Avast Scan Results that shows the 3 files that were infected.  However, I was able to successfully move them to the 'chest' and then Avast ran a restart/reboot scan and found no infected files.  Looks like I'm good to go?!!  Cannot thank you enough, essexboy!!

Any other suggestions moving forward??
